摘　　要：近年来,高血压患病率持续升高,已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。目前,高血压诊疗缺乏一致、公认、规范的核心结局指标集,不利于评估病情进展和治疗效果,无法满足临床需求。基于此,该文回顾了近5年来高血压核心结局指标的研究进展,探讨了国内外高血压核心结局指标集的发展现状,旨在为高血压的防治提供参考。In recent years,hypertension becomes a global public health problem with a continuously increasing prevalence.Currently,the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension lack a consistent,recognized,and standardized core outcome set,which is not beneficial for assessing the disease progression and treatment effectiveness,and cannot meet the clinical demands.To address this issue,this article reviews the research progress of the core outcome set of hypertension in the past five years and discusses the current development of core outcome set of hypertension at home and abroad,aiming to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
