摘　　要：目的:分析利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗新确诊2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月于上海市徐汇区长桥街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的新确诊2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予利格列汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P=0.012);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗新确诊2型糖尿病的效果显著,可降低血糖水平,且用药安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of linagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 100 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received treatment in Shanghai Xuhui District Changqiao Street Community Health Service Center from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with linagliptin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,blood glucose levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.012).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Linagliptin combined with metformin has a significant effect in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can reduce blood glucose levels and has a high medication safety.
