炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月邵阳市洞口县人民医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和观察组,每组43例。参照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组在参照组基础上给予二甲双胍治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组性激素水平、血糖和血脂指标、氧化应激反应指标、炎性指标均优于治疗前,且观察组优于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率高于参照组(P=0.026)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果显著,能够改善性激素水平,减轻氧化应激反应和炎性反应,降低血糖、血脂水平。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Dongkou County People's Hospital of shaoyang city from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of sex hormones,blood glucose and blood lipid indicators,oxidative stress reaction indicators inflammatory factors in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and these parameters in the observation group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.026).Conclusion:The clinical effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is significant,which can improve the levels of sex hormones,relieve oxidative stress reaction and inflammatory reaction,and reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels.
