半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年5月北京市海淀区上庄镇社区卫生服务中心收治的脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组临床症状评分、中医证候评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.011);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.020);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状及中医证候,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness-heat type.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness-heat type admitted to Beijing Haidian District Shangzhuang Town Community Health Service Center from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.011).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.020).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has significant effects in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness-heat type,and can improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
