摘　　要：糖尿病是常见的慢性代谢性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。辨证论治“五步法”强调基于中医整体辨证观,根据患者的个体差异进行综合辨证分析,以制定个性化的治疗方案和预后调节。该文探讨了辨证论治“五步法”在糖尿病中医治疗中的应用,包括其理论基础、实施步骤、实践经验,以期为糖尿病的综合治疗提供新的思路与方法。Diabetes is a common chronic metabolic disease,and seriously affects patients'quality of life.The"five-step method"of syndrome differentiation and treatment emphasizes the implementation of comprehensive syndrome differentiation analysis based on individual differences of patients according to holistic syndrome differentiation view of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to formulate personalized treatment regimens and prognosis adjustments.This article explores the application of the"five-step method"of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes,including its theoretical basis,implementation step,and practical experience,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of diabetes.
