柴葛解肌汤联合常规西药治疗男性肺结核发热的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析柴葛解肌汤联合常规西药治疗男性肺结核发热的效果。方法:选取2010年5月—2024年5月于山东省济滕监狱医院就诊的肺结核发热患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予柴葛解肌汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:研究组发热盗汗、咳嗽咳痰、胸痛乏力、呼吸困难消失时间均早于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、结核病特异模块评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:柴葛解肌汤联合常规西药治疗男性肺结核发热的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Chaige Jieji Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of fever of pulmonary tuberculosis in men.Methods:Sixty patients with fever of pulmonary tuberculosis who attended Jiteng Prison Hospital in Shandong Province from May 2010 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by using the randomized number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Chaige Jieji Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The disappearance time of fever and night sweats,cough and sputum,chest pain and fatigue,and dyspnea in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and tuberculosis-specific module in the two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaige Jieji Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of fever of pulmonary tuberculosis in men,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and have high safety.
