摘　　要：目的:分析中医药治疗高血压合并高脂血症(HTN-HLP)随机对照试验(RCT)的结局指标,为相关核心指标集的建立提供参考。方法:综合检索万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国临床试验注册中心、Web of Science、PubMed等中英文数据库2014年1月—2024年1月的相关文献,分析中医药治疗HTN-HLP RCT的结局指标。结果:纳入文献17篇,结局指标分为中医病证指标、血压指标、血脂指标、临床疗效指标、其他实验室检查指标、生活质量指标、安全性指标。结论:中医药治疗HTN-HLP RCT结局指标的选择仍存在一些不足,今后在开展RCT前需明确主要、次要结局指标,选择具有中医特色的结局指标,注重远期疗效、经济学和安全性指标。Objective:To analyze the outcome indicators in randomized controlled trial(RCT)of Chinese medicine treatment for hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia(HTN-HLP)and provide reference for the establishment of a relevant core outcome set.Methods:A comprehensive retrieval was performed in Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China Knowledge Network,VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,Web of Science and PubMed for Chinese and English literature from January 2014 to January 2024.The outcome indicators in RCT of Chinese medicine treatment for HTN-HLP were analyzed.Results:A total of 17 literatures were included.The outcome indicators were categorized as Chinese medicine disease indicators,blood pressure indicators,blood lipid indicators,clinical efficacy indicators,other laboratory test indicators,quality of life indicators and safety indicators.Conclusion:The selection of outcome indicators in RCT of Chinese medicine treatment for HTN-HLP still has some shortage.Before conducting RCT in the future,it is necessary to clarify the primary and secondary outcome indicators,select the outcome indicators with Chinese medicine characteristics,and focus on the long-term efficacy,economics and safety indicators.
