血常规指标联合白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、淀粉样蛋白A在甲型H1N1流感早期诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析血常规指标联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)在甲型H1N1流感早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的84例甲型H1N1流感患儿作为观察组,选取同期收治的81例普通呼吸道感染患儿作为对照组,选取同期进行健康体检的78例健康儿童作为健康组。比较三组血常规指标及IL-6、CRP、SAA水平,分析血常规指标联合IL-6、CRP、SAA诊断甲型H1N1流感的效能。结果:对照组PLT水平>健康组>观察组,健康组MPV水平>观察组>对照组,对照组中性粒细胞百分比>观察组>健康组,观察组淋巴细胞百分比及IL-6、CRP、SAA水平>对照组>健康组,观察组单核细胞百分比>健康组>对照组(P<0.001)。血常规指标联合IL-6、CRP、SAA诊断甲型H1N1流感的价值较高(AUC=0.920)。结论:血常规指标联合血清IL-6、CRP、SAA在甲型H1N1流感早期诊断中的应用价值较高,可作为甲型H1N1流感患儿临床诊断与病情评估的辅助指标。Objective:To analyze the application value of blood routine test indexes combined with interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)and serum amyloid A(SAA)in early diagnosis of H1N1 influenza A.Methods:A total of 84 children with H1N1 influenza A admitted to Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from August 2021 to August 2023 were included in the observation group.A total of 81 children with common respiratory tract infections admitted during the same period were included in the control group.A total of 78 healthy children who underwent physical examinations during the same period were included in the healthy group.The blood routine test indexes and the levels of IL-6,CRP and SAA were compared among the three groups.The diagnostic efficiency of blood routine test indexes combined with IL-6,CRP and SAA for H1N1 influenza A was analyzed.Results:PLT level was ranked as follows:control group>healthy group>observation group.MPV level was ranked as follows:healthy group>observation group>control group.Neutrophil percentage was ranked as follows:control group>observation group>healthy group.Lymphocyte percentage and levels of IL-6,CRP and SAA were ranked as follows:observation group>control group>healthy group.Monocyte percentage was ranked as follows:observation group>healthy group>control group(P<0.001).The blood routine test indexes combined with IL-6,CRP,and SAA has a higher value in the diagnosis of H1N1 influenza A(AUC=0.920).Conclusion:The blood routine test indexes combined with serum IL-6,CRP and SAA has higher application value in the early diagnosis of H1N1 influenza A,and can be used as an auxiliary index for the clinical diagnosis and disease evaluation of children with H1N1 influenza A.
