摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化护理在股骨干骨折切开复位内固定手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月遵义市第一人民医院收治的股骨干骨折患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个体化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组日常生活能力、生活质量评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.047)。结论:个体化护理在股骨干骨折切开复位内固定手术患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者术后疼痛,提高日常生活能力和生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery for femoral shaft fractures.Methods:A total of 78 patients with femoral shaft fractures admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of daily living ability and quality of life were higher in the two groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).On 1 d,2 d,3 d,4 d and 5 d after surgery,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.047).Conclusion:The application of individualized nursing in patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery for femoral shaft fractures has a significant effect,which can relieve postoperative pain,improve daily living ability and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
