系统的健康教育在类风湿性关节炎患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘  要:目的:分析系统的健康教育在类风湿性关节炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施系统的健康教育。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康认知评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组服药总依从率、护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统的健康教育在类风湿性关节炎患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者自护能力、服药依从性、护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of systematic health education in the nursing care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group implemented systematic health education on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health cognition in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate and total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic health education in the nursing care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is significant,which can improve patients'self-care ability,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction.
