无缝隙护理配合模式在老年腰椎骨折手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析无缝隙护理配合模式在老年腰椎骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年10月于广州医科大学附属第二医院行手术治疗的老年腰椎骨折患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组(30例)实施常规护理模式,试验组(30例)在常规护理基础上实施无缝隙护理配合模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:术后30 d,两组腰椎功能、日常生活能力评分升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛评分降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.038)。结论:无缝隙护理配合模式在老年腰椎骨折手术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者腰椎功能,提高患者日常生活能力,缓解疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of seamless nursing cooperation mode in elderly patients undergoing lumbar vertebral fracture surgery.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with lumbar vertebral fracture who underwent surgical treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from March 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)implemented conventional nursing mode and the experimental group(30 cases)implemented seamless nursing cooperation mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:On 30 d after surgery,the scores of lumbar spine function and daily living ability in the two groups increased,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.038).Conclusion:The seamless nursing cooperation mode has a significant effect in elderly patients undergoing lumbar vertebral fracture surgery,and can improve the lumbar spine function of patients,improve the daily living ability of patients,relieve pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
