品管圈护理联合动态血糖监测在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈护理联合动态血糖监测在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年7月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的2型糖尿病患者114例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各57例。对照组实施常规护理联合常规血糖监测,观察组实施品管圈护理联合动态血糖监测。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组空腹C肽水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素分泌指数升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组胰岛素抵抗指数降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组服药依从性、血糖监测、足部护理、饮食、运动评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组健康教育、基础护理、护理操作、护理态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:品管圈护理联合动态血糖监测在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血糖指标、胰岛素指标及自我管理行为,提高护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of quality control circle nursing combined with dynamic glucose monitoring in the nursing care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 114 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing combined with routine blood glucose monitoring,and the observation group implemented quality control circle nursing combined with dynamic glucose monitoring.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting C-peptide levels in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting insulin and insulin secretion index in the two groups increased,and these parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The insulin resistance index in the two groups decreased,and this index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of medication compliance,blood glucose monitoring,foot care,diet and exercise in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health education,basic nursing,nursing operation and nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of quality control circle nursing combined with dynamic glucose monitoring in the nursing care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,which can improve patien
