摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科护理在特发性脊柱侧弯手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月于北京优联医院行手术治疗的特发性脊柱侧弯患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组腰腿功能、疼痛程度、自理能力、术后康复指标、并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组腰腿功能、疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组自理能力评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间早于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:快速康复外科护理在特发性脊柱侧弯手术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者腰腿功能,缓解疼痛,提高患者自理能力,降低并发症发生率,促进康复。Objective:To analyze the application effect of fast track surgery nursing in patients with idiopathic scoliosis undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with idiopathic scoliosis who underwent surgical treatment in Beijing Unicare Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received fast track surgery nursing.The lumbar and leg functions,pain severity,self-care ability,postoperative rehabilitation index,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of lumbar and leg functions and pain in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first anal exhaust,the time of first defecation and the time of first ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of fast track surgery nursing in patients with idiopathic scoliosis undergoing surgery has a significant effect,and can improve the lumbar and leg functions of patients,relieve pain,improve the self-care ability of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote recovery.
