摘　　要：目的:分析可调节伸缩多功能U型架在轴节器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年1月东莞市第八人民医院骨科手术室预处理并集中回收至消毒供应中心的清创包160套作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各80套。对照组使用普通U型架,研究组使用可调节伸缩多功能U型架。比较两组清洗质量及清洗人员职业暴露情况。结果:研究组目测法检测预处理、潜血试验法检测、三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法检测清洗合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组轴节器械清洗过程中清洗人员手套破损发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:可调节伸缩多功能U型架在轴节器械清洗中的应用效果显著,可提高轴节器械清洗质量,减少清洗人员职业暴露的风险。Objective:To analyze the application effect of adjustable telescopic multifunctional U-shaped frame in the cleaning of shaft joint instruments.Methods:From August 2022 to January 2024,a total of 160 sets of debridement packages which were pretreated in the Orthopedics Operation Room and retrieved by Disinfection Supply Center at Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.These instruments were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 80 sets in each group.The control group applied ordinary U-shaped frame and the study group applied adjustable telescopic multifunctional U-shaped frame.The cleaning effect and the occupational exposure of cleaning personnel were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rates of pretreatment by visual examination and the qualified rates of cleaning by occult blood test and adenosine triphosphate bioluminescence assay in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of glove damage of cleaning personnel during the shaft joint instrument cleaning in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:Adjustable telescopic multifunctional U-shaped frame has significant application effects in the cleaning of shaft joint instruments,and can improve the cleaning quality of shaft joint instruments and reduce the risk of occupational exposure of cleaning personnel.
