摘　　要：目的:分析多学科协同手术护理在前置胎盘剖宫产术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年11月于丰县人民医院行前置胎盘剖宫产术的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)和研究组(实施多学科协同手术护理),各30例。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理满意度比对照组高,住院时间、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、输血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组心理、生理评分升高,且研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:多学科协同手术护理在前置胎盘剖宫产术患者围术期中的应用效果显著,能够减少患者出血量,改善其心理状态,提高舒适度和护理满意度,保障母婴安全。Objective:To analyze the application effect of collaborative multidisciplinary surgical nursing in patients undergoing cesarean section with placenta previa during the perioperative period.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing cesarean section with placenta previa in Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and a study group(receiving collaborative multidisciplinary surgical nursing),with 30 cases in each group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Result:The nursing satisfaction level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay and operation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss,24 h blood loss and blood transfusion volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological and physiological scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative multidisciplinary surgical nursing in patients undergoing cesarean section with placenta previa during the perioperative period has a significant effect,and can reduce the amount of bleeding,ameliorate their psychological state,improve comfort and nursing satisfaction,and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
