摘　　要：菏泽市2021年12月发生1例接种流行性感冒疫苗偶合紫癜性肾炎病例,患儿典型症状为双下肢皮疹,尿蛋白(+),经住院对症治疗病情逐步好转。该文总结此病例诊疗经过,为疑似疫苗预防接种异常反应与偶合症的监测、调查、诊断、处理提供科学依据,以期最大限度地避免疑似疫苗预防接种异常反应与偶合症的发生。A case receiving influenza vaccine coupled with purpura nephritis occurred in Heze City in December 2021.The typical symptoms of the child are rash on both lower limbs and proteinuria(+).After hospitalization and symptomatic treatment,the disease condition gradually resolved.This paper analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of this case,so as to provide a scientific basis for the monitoring,investigation,diagnosis and treatment of adverse event following immunization and coincidental event,thus minimizing the occurrence of adverse event following immunization and coincidental event.
