摘　　要：目的:探讨身边医生APP签约联合中医健康管理在社区收缩期高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月于北京市丰台区西罗园社区卫生服务中心就诊的80例收缩期高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组实施电脑端家庭医生签约服务,观察组在对照组基础上实施身边医生APP签约联合中医健康管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组患者总满意度高于对照组(P=0.040)。干预后,两组自我管理能力评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。干预后,两组收缩压降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组舒张压低于干预前(P<0.05),但两组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:身边医生APP签约联合中医健康管理在社区收缩期高血压患者中的应用效果显著,可降低收缩压,提高患者自我管理能力和满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of"Around Doctor"APP contract signing combined with traditional Chinese medicine health management in the patients with systolic hypertension in community.Methods:A total of 80 patients with systolic hypertension who visited the Beijing Fengtai District Xiluoyuan Community Health Service Center from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly assigned to the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group implemented the computer-based family doctor contract signing service and the observation group implemented the"Around Doctor"APP contract signing combined with traditional Chinese medicine health management service on the basis of the control group.The management effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.040).After intervention,the scores of self-management ability in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure in the two groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diastolic blood pressure of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of"Around Doctor"APP contract signing combined with traditional Chinese medicine health management in the patients with systolic hypertension in community is significant,which can reduce systolic blood pressure and improve the self-management ability and satisfaction of patients.
