摘　　要：门静脉积气(portal venous gas,PVG)是一种少见的临床征象,其死亡率较高,CT作为影像学检查可为临床诊断提供帮助,但不是患者手术指征。PVG的治疗方案取决于患者病情的进展变化,一旦有肠缺血坏死的临床表现,则需急诊手术,现报道1例PVG合并回肠坏死成功救治病例。Portal venous gas(PVG)is a rare clinical sign with a high mortality rate.CT as an imaging test can help in clinical diagnosis,but not in determining the indication for surgery.The treatment of PVG depends on the development of the patient's condition.Once there is clinical manifestation of intestinal ischemic necrosis,emergency operation is needed.We now report a case of PVG combined with ileal necrosis successfully treated.
