基于“双线并行”模式的高水平专业群教师创新团队教学质量评价体系构建研究

摘  要:制定科学、合理的高水平专业群教师创新团队教学质量评价体系,是把准团队建设方向、开展诊断性改进、促进团队建设质量持续提升的关键性前置条件。从决定教师团队教学质量的关键因素出发,提出由成员(个人)和教学团队(整体)组成的“双线并行”模式质量评价体系框架。基于CIPP评价模式,选出教师团队(整体)评价的一级指标5个,二级指标11个,三级指标48个;从多元评价方式出发,选出团队成员(个人)评价的一级指标5个,二级指标15个,三级指标21个;运用DEMATEL分析法,确定两个层面的各级指标权重。构建的教学质量评价体系,既有利于提升团队(整体)的协作和创新能力,又有利于规范团队成员(个人)的行为,为保障专业群的人才培养质量提供有力保障。Establishing a scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation system for high-level professional group teachers' innovation team is a key prerequisite for accurately guiding team construction,carrying out diagnostic improvement,and promoting the continuous enhancement of team construction quality.Starting from the critical factors that determine the teaching team teaching quality,a “dual parallel” mode quality evaluation system is proposed,consisting of evaluations for individual members and the teaching team as a whole.Based on the CIPP evaluation mode,five primary indicators,eleven secondary indicators,and forty-eight tertiary indicators were selected for evaluating the teaching team as a whole.From a multi-dimensional evaluation approach,five primary indicators,fifteen secondary indicators,and twenty-one tertiary indicators were selected for evaluating team individual members.Using DEMATEL analysis method,weights of indicators at each level for both dimensions were determined.The constructed teaching quality evaluation system not only facilitates the improvement of the team's(collective) collaboration and innovation capabilities,but also helps regulate the behavior of team members(individuals),providing strong support for the quality of talent cultivation of the professional groups.
