新时代背景下对少数民族档案人才培养的思考

摘　　要：作为中国国档体系的主体构成之一,少数民族档案真实反映出各个少数民族的历史演变进程及其文化和生活的方方面面,包括他们的思想观念与习俗等信息元素;这些资料对于我们维系民族和谐关系、推动经济增长及维持社会稳定具有关键作用。对此诸多学者认为对于少数民族档案人才培养工作应被视为国内档案研究教育的核心任务的一部分,然而随着新时代的专业知识培训需求不断提高,确定适合各类人群的人才发展策略已成为目前从事相关领域工作人员亟待解答的问题所在。本文将提出少数民族档案人才培养目前存在的问题以及为加快少数民族档案人才培养步伐提出建议。As one of the main components of China's national archives system,minority archives truly reflect the historical evolution process of various ethnic minorities and aspects of their culture and life,including their ideological concepts and customs and other information elements.These materials are crucial for us to maintain ethnic harmony,promote economic growth,maintain social peace.Many scholars believe that the training of minority archives talents should be regarded as a part of the core task of domestic archives research and education.However,with the increasing demand for professional knowledge training in the new era,determining suitable talent development strategies for various groups has become the most urgent problem that needs to be answered by current staff engaged in related fields.This article will propose the current problems in the training of minority archives talents and suggest measures to accelerate the training of minority archives talents.
