摘　　要：在工业生产中机械电气设备具有不可替代的重要作用,如果设备发生故障,则可能导致设备停机,由此会对生产进度造成影响,给企业带来一定的经济损失。为避免这一问题的发生,要对设备故障进行应急处理,争取在最短的时间内消除故障,使设备恢复正常运行,缩短停机时间,减轻对生产的影响,确保生产任务按时完成。基于此,文章简要阐述了机械电气设备常见故障,在此基础上,从应急处理原则、处理方法、处理要点、维护保养等方面,对机械电气设备故障应急处理展开论述。Mechanical and electrical equipment plays an irreplaceable role in industrial production.If the equipment fails,it may lead to equipment shutdown,which will affect production progress and cause certain economic losses to the enterprise.To avoid this problem,emergency handling of equipment failures is necessary to eliminate the failure within the shortest possible time,restore the normal operation of the equipment,shorten the downtime,reduce the impact on production,and ensure the timely completion of production tasks.Based on this,the article briefly describes the common failures of mechanical and electrical equipment.On this basis,it discusses the emergency handling of mechanical and electrical equipment failures from the aspects of emergency handling principles,handling methods,handling points,maintenance,etc.
