数字经济赋能工业转型升级的路径研究——以长江经济带为例

摘　　要：加快推进工业数字化转型,是新时代把握数字经济发展趋势,推动经济高质量发展的重要战略任务。对此,本文选取2006年-2022年长江经济带11个省市面板数据,通过实证方法对数字经济赋能工业转型升级的影响因素及具体路径进行探究。研究结果表明:长江经济带各省市的数字经济发展水平与数字基础设施、数字产业化及数字化治理与环境之间均呈显著正相关关系,其中,数字化治理与环境对数字经济发展水平的影响最为明显。长江经济带各省市数字经济发展水平通过赋能工业发展规模、工业网络化及工业智能创新能够有效带动工业转型升级。针对研究结果,本文提出改善数字化营商环境,制定区域均衡发展政策等建议,助力长江经济带各省市的工业转型升级。Accelerating industrial digital transformation is an important strategic task to grasp the development trend of the digital economy and promote high-quality economic development in the new era.In this regard,this paper selects the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2022,and explores the influencing factors and specific paths of industrial transformation and upgrading empowered by the digital economy through empirical methods.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of digital economy development and digital infrastructure,digital industrialization and digital governance and environment in all provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,of which,digital governance and environment have the most obvious impact on the level of digital economy development.The level of digital economy development in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt can effectively drive industrial transformation and upgrading by empowering industrial development scale,industrial networking and industrial intelligent innovation.In view of the research results,this paper puts forward suggestions such as improving the digital business environment and formulating regional balanced development policies to help industrial transformation and upgrading in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
