摘　　要：新基建投资为外贸高质量发展和贸易强国建设提供了重要机遇和动力。基于2004—2021年中国30个省、直辖市、自治区面板数据,在测算新基建投资和制造业出口技术复杂度的基础上,检验新基建投资对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响及其传导机制。结果表明:新基建投资显著促进了制造业出口技术复杂度的提升,产业结构合理化和产业结构高度化是其中重要的传导机制;新基建投资对制造业出口技术复杂度的作用受区域制度环境的影响,当制度环境跨越门槛值时,新基建投资对制造业出口技术复杂度的赋能效应更为显著;新基建投资的三个子维度对制造业出口技术复杂度的赋能效应不同,融合基建投资具有显著的正向赋能效应;新基建投资对“一带一路”沿线地区制造业出口技术复杂度的赋能效应更为显著。因此,应进一步完善新基建投资政策,培育制造业出口竞争优势。New infrastructure investment provides important opportunities and impetus for high-quality development of foreign trade and the building of strong trade country.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions in China from 2004 to 2021,this paper examines the influence of new infrastructure investment on the technological complexity of manufacturing exports and its transmission mechanisms on the basis of estimating the level of new infrastructure investment and the technological complexity of manufacturing exports.The results show that the new infrastructure investment significantly promotes the technological complexity of manufacturing exports,and industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure advancement are the important transmission mechanisms.The influence of new infrastructure investment on the technological complexity of manufacturing exports is restricted by the regional institutional environment.When the institutional environment crosses the threshold value,the promotion effect of new infrastructure investment on the technological complexity of manufacturing exports is more significant.The three sub-dimensions of new infrastructure investment have different enabling effect on the technological complexity of manufacturing exports.The convergence infrastructure investment has a significant positive enabling effect on the technological complexity of manufacturing exports.Compared with the provinces not along the“Belt and Road”,the new infrastructure investment has a more significant enabling effect on the technological complexity of manufacturing exports in the provinces along the“Belt and Road”.Therefore,the new infrastructure investment policies should be further improved to cultivate competitive advantages in the manufacturing industry exports.
