摘 要:国土空间生态修复是践行生态文明建设的重要举措,科学合理地制定和实施生态修复策略是有序推进国土空间生态修复工作的基本前提和保障。本研究从生态系统韧性体现出的“免疫-自愈-适应”三大能力入手,结合当前国土空间生态修复的工作内容,构建了以“抵抗-稳定-持续”三大目标为主的生态修复治理体系,并通过“综合治理-配给合理-系统安全”三大要求,实现区域生态环境“全流域、全要素、全过程”的系统综合治理。以漓江流域国土空间生态修复项目为例,基于系统生态问题的诊断,锁定系统安全底线,探索流域国土空间“生态韧性”综合治理的途径,以期为流域国土空间生态修复提供借鉴。Ecological restoration in the territorial space is an importance measure for achieving ecological progress.The scientific and reasonable formulation and implementation of ecological restoration strategies is the basic premise and guarantee for the orderly promotion of ecological restoration work in the territorial space.From the three abilities of immunity,self healing,and adaptation of ecosystem resilience,the current work of ecological restoration in land space was discussed,and the ecological restoration management system with the objectives of resistance,stability,and sustainability was constructed.According to the three requirements of systematic management,rational distribution,and systematic security,a comprehensive management system encompassing the whole basin,whole factors,and whole process was established for the reginal eco environment.Taking the Lijiang River Basin as an example,the ways to comprehensively manage the ecological resilience in the territorial space was explored based on the diagnosis of ecosystem problems and the bottom line of system security.The results are expected to provide reference for the ecological restoration in territorial space of the river basin.
