武百祥的经营之道补辨

摘　　要：对学界有关武百祥与同记商场的若干研究成果中的错误进行辨析,指出:武百祥并非在全国首创货不二价,而是在哈尔滨提倡并推广;武百祥提倡明码实价、货真价实主要是基于宗教信仰立场。根据老票据,对武百祥经营管理中的同记商场商品券面额、善待员工的佐证资料、股东大会召开方式、部分商品供货售卖等问题进行若干补证。Analyzing several erroneous statements about Wu Baixiang,it is believed that Wu Baixiang was not the first merchant in Chi-na to advocate for clear pricing,but the first merchant in Harbin;Wu Baixiang's advocacy for clear pricing is mainly based on religious beliefs.Based on the old bill,this paper makes some supplementary proofs for Wu Baixiang's management,including the denomination of commodity coupons in Tongji Shopping Mall,the supporting materials for treating employees well,the way of holding shareholders'meeting and the supply and sale of some commodities.
