摘  要:快速发展的人工智能深刻地改变着人类的生产生活及劳动方式,同时也对当前的劳动幸福带来诸多挑战。过度智能化或将对人类的劳动幸福感造成冲击,表现为人工智能时代“机器换人”现象,使得劳动者面临生存挑战与自我认同感失落;“劳资”及“劳劳”关系新型异化导致劳动者社会归属感被削弱;“劳动—自由”时空双重异化及劳动主体创造性的解构导致劳动内涵的幸福意蕴被遮蔽。着力推进人工智能时代劳动幸福的健康发展,消解各种“劳动不幸福”的负面因素,需要保障人工智能本身的健康持续发展;健全劳动幸福保障制度;提升适应智能化生产的劳动者素养,以期探寻与人工智能时代相适应的劳动幸福发展路向,复归劳动创造幸福的价值追求。As an advanced productive force,artificial intelligence technology is an important driving force to promote the realization of labor happiness.However,as far as the practice of artificial intelligence is concerned,its impact on labor happiness presents complex two-sided characteristics,which poses a phased challenge to the realization of labor happiness.It shows that the phenomenon of"ma-chines replacing humans"in the era of artificial intelligence causes workers to face survival challenges and loss of self-identity to a cer-tain extent;The alienation of the relationship between"labor and capital"and labor-labor leads to the weakening of workers'sense of social belonging;The double alienation of time and space of"labor-freedom"and the creative deconstruction of labor subjects lead to the concealment of the happiness connotation of labor.Artificial intelligence technology should establish a positive correlation with labor happiness,eliminate various negative factors of"labor unhappiness"and promote the continuous improvement of labor happiness,by ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of artificial intelligence at the technical level;improving the labor happiness security system at the system level;enhancing the quality of workers adapting to intelligent production at the individual level.
