摘　　要：随着新能源汽车发展进入“快车道”,河北省的新能源汽车产业也迎来了快速发展。然而,关键技术突破和产业链完善始终是制约河北省新能源汽车技术提升的主要障碍。通过统计分析国家科技报告和河北省科技报告中新能源汽车技术研究的数量、状况、学科分布、研究主体等要素,全面了解河北省在新能源汽车技术方面的研究和发展情况,揭示河北新能源汽车产业发展中面临的难题,并从优化产业布局、加快科技投入、加强人才培养、优化政策环境等方面提出未来的发展策略,为推动河北省新能源汽车产业集群向绿色化、智能化方向发展提供参考与借鉴。As the development of new energy vehicles enters the"fast lane",the new energy vehicle industry in Hebei Province has al-so ushered in a phase of rapid growth.However,breakthroughs in key technologies and the refinement of the industrial chain remain the primary obstacles hindering the technological advancement of new energy vehicles in Hebei.By statistically analyzing elements such as the quantity of research,research status,disciplinary distribution,and research entities related to new energy vehicle technology in national and Hebei provincial science and technology reports,this study aims to comprehensively understand the research and develop-ment landscape of new energy vehicle technology in Hebei Province.It seeks to uncover the challenges faced by the industry's develop-ment and propose future strategies from perspectives such as optimizing industrial layout,accelerating technological investment,strengthening talent cultivation,and improving policy environments.These strategies are intended to provide references and insights for promoting the green and intelligent transformation of Hebei Province's new energy vehicle industry cluster.
