摘　　要：“新财经”背景下,产教融合协同育人成为高等财经教育改革的重要方向。分析了当前资产评估专业人才存在的不足,探讨了“新财经”背景下产教融合协同育人模式,围绕人才培养目标、协同育人机制、财经专业设置、产教融合发展平台等提出一系列优化方案。最后结合河北经贸大学资产评估专业的学科优势基础,构建属于“河北经贸大学”特色和品牌的创新路径,推动了教育与产业的深度融合,为培养适应新时代需求的高素质资产评估人才提供了有力保障。Under the background of"New Finance and Economics",the industry-education integration education has become an impor-tant direction of higher financial education reform.Firstly,the deficiencies of talent cultivation for Asset Valuation in the context of"New Finance and Economics"were analyzed.And then the construction of the industry-education integration education were discussed emphatically,such as clarifying the goal of talent cultivation,building the mechanism of collaborative education,optimizing the majors of finance and economics,and creating the platform for industry-education integration.Finally,based on the advantages of the asset valuation major at Hebei University of Economics and Business,an innovative path with the characteristics and brand of Hebei Univer-sity of Economics and Business was constructed.This path promotes the deep integration of education and industry and provides strong support for cultivating high-quality asset valuation talents to meet the needs of the new era.
