摘　　要：文章深刻分析了城市地质工作面临的机遇与挑战,系统梳理了首都城市地质工作的历史与现状,构建了首都地质事业高质量发展管理体系框架。在新的发展时期,要建立高效的管理体系、全面的业务体系、完备的保障体系,努力建立一套与发展需求相适应、与首善地位相匹配、与科技发展相衔接并具有大国首都特色的城市地质工作体系。This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing urban geological work,systematically reviews the history and current status of geological work in the capital city,and constructs a management system framework for the high-quality development of the capital's geological endeavors.In the new development era,it is essential to establish an efficient management system,a comprehensive business system,and a robust support system.Efforts should be made to create an urban geological work system that aligns with urban development needs,matches the exemplary status of the capital,integrates with technological advancements,and embodies distinctive characteristics befitting the capital of a major nation.
