摘 要:北京地区第四系松散层适宜地下空间大规模开发利用,基岩层开发利用难度较高,具备条件时可作为超深层地下空间战略储备资源。根据危害程度和防治难易程度对地质安全风险要素进行分类研究,其中风险较大的地质安全风险要素为活动断裂、地裂缝和岩溶塌陷,风险中等的地质安全风险要素为地面沉降和砂土液化。聚焦城市规划建设对地质成果的需求,参考现有标准规范并结合城市地质工作实践,根据地下空间开发的不同深度,建立了浅层(地下0~10 m)、次浅层(地下10~30 m)、次深层(地下30~50 m)、深层(地下50~120 m)的城市地质安全风险评估指标体系。Drawing on a wealth of research outcomes from both domestic and international sources,this paper initiates a research on the index system for geological safety risk assessment in the development of urban underground space in Beijing.A classified study is conducted based on the degree of harm and the difficulty of prevention and control of geological safety risk factors.Among them,active faults,ground fissures,and karst collapse are of relatively high-level risks,while land subsidence and sand liquefaction are of medium-level risks.Meanwhile,the prevention and control measures for each risk factor are clearly defined.With a focus on the requirements of urban planning and construction for geological achievements,by referring to the existing standards and specifications and integrating the practices of urban geological work,an urban geological safety risk assessment index system has been established.This system is designed for different depths of underground space development,covering the shallow layer(0-10 m),the sub-shallow layer(10-30 m),the sub-deep layer(30-50 m),and the deep layer(50-120 m).
