摘 要:文章提出使用电声脉冲法测试交联聚乙烯电缆的空间电荷分布和运动过程的具体计算方法,以交联聚乙烯高压电缆为研究对象,使用COMSOL Multi-physics软件进行电缆结构电场和温度场分析,计算电缆运行过程中空间电荷和静态泊松场分布,结果显示:在10MV/m电场强度条件下,交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆短路瞬时产生的空间电荷不会导致电缆击穿。最后,根据数值模拟仿真分析电缆终端接口不同应力锥形状的情况下,应力锥和交联聚乙烯绝缘界面纵向电场强度分布和应力锥锥体曲线电场强度分布。根据结果显示,优先选择全弧形结构电缆终端接口。This paper presents a method for calculating the space charge distribution and movement process in crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)cables using the electroacoustic pulse method.Focusing on XLPE high voltage cables,the study employs COMSOL Multiphysics software to analyze the electric field and temperature field within the cable structure.During cable operation,both space charge distribution and static Poisson field are computed.Results indicate that under an electric field strength of 10 MV/m,the space charge generated during a short circuit in XLPEinsulated cables does not result in cable breakdown.Additionally,numerical simulations are conducted to analyze the longitudinal electric field intensity distribution and the electric field intensity distribution along the stress cone curve at the XLPE insulation interface,considering various stress cone shapes at the cable terminal interface.Based on these results,a full arc-shaped stress cone design is recommended for optimal performance.
