基于理实一体化线上线下混合教学模式研究——以《管理信息系统》课程为例

摘　　要：在“四新”建设要求下,针对《管理信息系统》课程目前存在的学生学习实践能力弱、专业能力延续性不足、内在学习潜力激发难等教学痛点问题,在分析学生学情与企业需求的基础上,将“两短一长”理实一体化教学改革思路与线上线下教学模式相结合,在教学中以“企业实景化”、“参与式”、“翻转课堂”等多种方式进行教学实践,使学生将理论与实践相结合,提升学生外在的实战能力及内在的学习能力。Under the requirements of the"Four New"initiatives,this paper addresses the current teaching challenges of the〈Management Information Systems〉course,including students'weak learning and practical abilities,insufficient continuity in professional skill development,and difficulties in stimulating intrinsic learning motivation.Based on the analysis of students'learning situations and industry needs,we integrate the"two short and one long"approach to theorypractice integration with blended online and offline teaching models.Various teaching methods,such as real-world scenarios,participatory learning,and flipped classrooms,are employed to facilitate teaching practices.This approach enables students to combine theory with practice,thereby enhancing their practical skills and intrinsic learning motivation.
