数字化背景下建设工程项目施工现场管理措施研究

摘　　要：建设工程项目的建设是一个较复杂的过程,在社会的发展过程中,建设工程项目的复杂性得到进一步提升,融入许多的先进技术工艺,出现多种新型材料,对施工管理提出更高的要求,要想打造优质项目,需改进传统的施工管理模式。实际上,在当前许多建设工程项目施工管理中,都存在不同程度的问题,受到管理因素的影响,建设工程项目施工效果不容乐观,质量和安全问题频发,而且项目的施工进度也无法得到保证,对于企业的发展尤其不利。Construction projects are inherently complex processes.With societal development,the complexity of construction projects has increased,incorporating numerous advanced technologies and a variety of new materials.As a result,construction management faces higher demands.To achieve high-quality projects,it is necessary to enhance traditional construction management models.In practice,many construction projects face various levels of issues in their construction management.Due to management factors,the construction outcomes of these projects are often unsatisfactory,with frequent quality and safety issues arising,and project schedules frequently unmet.These challenges pose significant obstacles to enterprise development.
