摘　　要：数字化办公管理是当前企业管理中的一个重要议题。文章设计一套基于大数据技术的数字化办公管理方法。首先,介绍大数据技术在数字化办公管理中的应用现状和前景。其次,详细阐述基于层次分析法的办公管理服务大数据模型。然后,搭建数字化办公管理平台。结果显示,采用大数据技术优化的数字化办公管理方法,能提高管理效率,降低人力成本。Digital office management is an important topic in current enterprise management.This paper proposes a set of digital office management methods utilizing big data technology.It introduces the current status and future prospects of big data technology applications in digital office management.Subsequently,it elaborates on a big data model for office management services based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Following this,a digital office management platform is developed.The findings indicate that the proposed method,enhanced by big data technology,significantly improves management efficiency and reduces labor costs.
