摘　　要：人工智能(AI)技术正以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,给档案界带来深刻变革。在此背景下,档案作为保存历史、传承文化的重要途径,正面临着转型机遇与挑战。如何使档案管理得以优化升级,使档案事业实现质的飞跃,是每一个档案管理者需面对的问题。文章从传统档案的管理现状与问题、新时期档案管理发展机遇和新时期AI如何赋能档案业高质量发展三方面阐述人工智能与档案发展深度融合,助力档案业高质量发展的本质。Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is developing at an unprecedented speed,bringing profound changes to the archives sector.In this context,archives,as crucial repositories for preserving history and transmitting cultural heritage,are facing both opportunities and challenges for transformation.How to optimize and upgrade archives management to achieve a qualitative leap in the archives sector is a critical issue for every archival manager.This paper explores these issues from three perspectives:the current status and challenges of traditional archives management,new opportunities for archives management in the new era,and how AI can drive high-quality development in the archives sector.It elucidates the essence of the deep integration of artificial intelligence and archives development,facilitating high-quality development in the archives sector.
