摘　　要：在医院行政管理中,人事档案管理工作作为重要的组成部分,能直接影响医院的整体运行效益。随着信息化技术的发展,人事档案数字化管理系统逐渐被应用到医院管理领域中,在该系统的辅助作用下,显著提升医院的管理效率和质量,为医院的健康发展提供了坚实的保障。文章从人事档案数字化管理系统架构设计入手,分析人事档案数字化管理系统在医院管理运行中的作用,提出有效的应用策略,包括创建并完善档案数字化平台、做好档案录入与采集工作、加强数据安全管理等,旨在为相关人员提供有益参考。In hospital administrative management,personnel file management is a crucial component that directly impacts the overall operational efficiency of the hospital.With the development of information technology,the digital personnel file management system has gradually been implemented in hospital administration.This system significantly enhances management efficiency and quality in hospitals,providing a solid foundation for their healthy development.The paper begins by examining the architecture design of the digital personnel file management system,analyzes its role in hospital management and operations,and suggests effective strategies such as establishing and enhancing the digital file platform,ensuring accurate file input and collection,and reinforcing data security measures,with the aim of offering valuable insights for relevant professionals.
