区块链技术在电子档案管理中的适用性和应用展望研究

摘　　要：在互联网信息化技术不断发展的背景之下,各行业对于信息安全问题的关注程度越来越高,在信息安全管理方面的投入力度也越来越大。在电子档案管理的过程当中,无论是形成环节、处理环节还是存储环节以及应用环节,都面临着较大的信息安全风险。为此在电子档案管理的过程当中,研究人员纷纷应用先进的管理技术,以求能够促进电子档案管理效果的提升。文章对区块链技术在电子档案管理当中的应用情况进行探讨,对其适用性进行分析,结合电子档案管理的实际情况提出可行性的应用展望,能为今后区块链技术在电子档案管理当中的实践应用提供一些参考借鉴。With the continuous development of Internet information technology,industries are increasingly concerned about information security issues,and there is growing investment in information security management across various sectors.In the process of electronic file management,including the creation,processing,storage,and application phases,they face significant information security risks.To address these challenges,researchers are adopting advanced management technologies to enhance the effectiveness of electronic archive management.This paper discusses the application of blockchain technology in electronic archives management,analyzes its applicability,and proposes feasible applications based on the current state of electronic records management,providing valuable insights for future practical implementations of blockchain technology in this field.
