摘　　要：海洋经济统计核算是了解海洋经济发展情况的必要方法和重要途径。通过梳理我国海洋经济统计核算工作体系的几大特征和存在的不足,提出以涉海单位清查为基础,以海洋经济统计报表制度为主体,以典型地区和重点行业抽样调查、专项调查、数据共享和行政记录利用为辅助方法,以涉海重点企业联系制度、企业直报和开发应用大数据为重要手段的现代海洋经济统计核算方法体系。Statistical accounting of the marine economy is a necessary method and important approach to understand the development of marine economy.This paper reviews several major characteristics and shortcomings of the statistical accounting work system for the marine economy in China.On this basis,it further puts forward that the system of statistical statements of the marine economy is based on the inventory of sea-related units and the system of statistical statements of the marine economy is the main body.The modern marine economic statistical accounting method system is supplemented by sampling surveys,special investigations,data sharing and administrative record utilization in typical regions and key industries,and takes the contact system of key ocean-related enterprises,direct reporting by enterprises and the development and application of big data as important means.
