摘  要:教育不仅是经济的根基要素,更是创新与增长的策源地。面对资源不均、治理滞后及公平质量困境,云南教育策略性地聚焦于资源的均衡配置、治理体系的现代化推进、教育与社会经济的深度融合,以及教育公平与质量的并驾齐驱,旨在构建包容性教育生态,驱动社会公正与持续演进。此逻辑下,云南通过教育质量的提升,铺设了一条特色路径,既确保教育公平,又不断孕育人才,凭借教育质量的飞跃,激发新质生产力,增强国际竞争力。具体策略囊括教育的战略导向、资源优化配置、深化教育公平、治理体系现代化,以及内生性教育创新,共同筑基云南教育的高质量发展,为区域经济的可持续性与高质量增长奠定坚实基础。Education is not only a fundamental element of economy but also a source of innovation and growth.Confronted with challenges such as uneven resource distribution,lagging governance,and dilemmas between equity and quality,Yunnan strategically focuses on balanced resource allocation,modernization of the governance system,deep integration of education with socio-economic development,as well as the simultaneous advancement of educational equity and quality.These aim to build an inclusive educational ecosystem that drives social justice and continuous evolution.Within this logic,Yunnan has paved a distinctive path through enhancing educational quality,ensuring educational equity while continuously nurturing talent.By advancing in educational quality,it stimulates new-quality productivity and strengthens international competitiveness.Specific strategies include strategic orientation in education,optimization of resource allocation,deepening educational equity,modernization of the governance system,and endogenous educational innovation,which collectively lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of education in Yunnan,thereby contributing to a sustainable and high quality economic growth in the region.
