高导电水性石墨烯基导电油墨的制备及其应用性能

摘  要:与传统石墨烯油墨相比,水性石墨烯油墨具有更好的环保性能和广泛的应用前景。本研究以高导电水性石墨烯为基础,成功制备出具有高导电性能的水性石墨烯基导电油墨。其中,研究了添加量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间以及油墨配方等对水性石墨烯基导电油墨的导电性能的影响。结果表明,通过优化制备条件,可制得导电性良好,稳定性及兼容性优异的水性石墨烯基导电油墨。对油墨的应用性能进行了评价,显示其有极好的印刷性、导电性和粘附性,并且在环保、成本等方面具有优势,该油墨有望在电子元器件、抗静电涂料、传感器等领域有广泛的应用前景。这一研究不仅为高导电水性石墨烯基导电油墨赋予了实际的应用价值,同时也为石墨烯油墨的进一步应用研究提供了重要的参考。Compared with traditional graphene inks,water-based graphene inks have better environmental performance and wide application prospects.In this study,waterborne graphene-based conductive inks with high conductivity were successfully prepared based on highly conductive waterborne graphene.Among them,the effects of addition amount,strring speed,stirring time and ink formulation on the conductive properties of waterborne graphene-based conductive inks were investigated.The results showed that the waterborne graphene-based conductive ink with good conductivity,excellent stability and compatibility could be produced by optimizing the preparation conditions.The application performance of this ink was evaluated,showing that it has excellent printability,conductivity and adhesion,and has advantages in environmental protection and cost,etc.This ink is expected to have a wide range of applications in the fields of electronic components,antistatic coatings,sensors and so on.This study not only endows the highly conductive aqueous graphene-based conductive inks with practical application value,but also provides an important reference for further application studies of graphene inks.
