摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展与人们生活质量水平的不断提升,老旧小区改造已成为“实施城市更新和安全韧性提升行动”的重点任务。而老旧小区改造作为政府每年工作报告中的热词之一,其改造主要包括市政基础设施、公共服务设施、居民住宅加装电梯等多项内容。其中加装电梯作为老旧小区改造内容之一,工作开展难度因其复杂性,导致实施过程中遇到的阻挠非常多。因此以下本文就围绕老旧小区安装电梯过程中存在的施工难点进行详细探讨,并提出几点应对策略,希望能够有效促进老旧小区改造中电梯安装工作的顺利进行,仅供参考。With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,the renovation of old residential areas has become a key task in implementing urban renewal and safety resilience enhancement actions.As one of the hot topics in the government's annual work report,the renovation of old residential areas mainly includes municipal infrastructure,public service facilities,and the installation of elevators in residential buildings.The installation of elevators,as one of the renovation contents of old residential areas,is difficult to carry out due to its complexity,resulting in many obstacles encountered during the implementation process.Therefore,this article will discuss in detail the construction difficulties in the installation of elevators in old residential areas,and propose several countermeasures,hoping to effectively promote the smooth progress of elevator installation work in the renovation of old residential areas,for reference only.
