摘  要:工业化进程加快导致废水污染问题日益严峻,对环境与人类健康构成了重大威胁,通过实验比较分析了沉淀-絮凝法,生物降解法与膜分离技术在处理不同类型废水中的应用效果,结果表明:采用分级pH值调控和PAC-PAM复合絮凝的沉淀-絮凝工艺使重金属去除率达到98%,沉降速度提升45%;优化生物处理单元的动力学参数后,COD去除率较传统活性污泥法提高35%;采用纳米改性PVDF膜处理高浊度废水,通量提升40%,经过工程化应用验证,优化组合工艺运行成本降低32.5%,各项指标稳定达到国家排放标准。The acceleration of industrialization has led to the increasingly serious problem of wastewater pollution,which constitutes a major threat to the environment and human health.The effects of precipitation-flocculation,biodegradation and membrane separation technologies in the treatment of different types of wastewater have been comparatively analyzed through experiments,and the results show that:the precipitation-flocculation process using graded pH regulation and PAC-PAM composite flocculation has resulted in the removal of 98%of heavy metals,and the settling speed has increased by 45%;the COD removal rate has been improved by optimizing the kinetic parameters of the biological treatment unit compared with the traditional activated sludge method.The settling speed is improved by 45%;after optimizing the kinetic parameters of biological treatment unit,the COD removal rate is improved by 35%compared with the traditional activated sludge method;the flux is improved by 40%by using nano-modified PVDF membrane to treat high turbidity wastewater,and the optimized combined process operation cost is reduced by 32.5%after the verification of the engineering application and the indexes stably reach the national discharge standard.
