摘  要:在全球工业化和人口增长的推动下,水资源紧缺与水环境恶化已成为制约人类可持续发展的核心问题。世界气象组织《全球水资源评估报告》指出,近五年全球河流平均水位持续下降,2023年更是创下三十余年来的最低水量纪录,水资源的供需矛盾不断加剧,预示着未来可能面临更严重的资源争夺战。与此同时,工业废水及生活污水的无序排放导致水体污染物种类与浓度呈指数级增长,直接威胁生态安全和公共卫生体系。Driven by global industrialization and population growth,water scarcity and water environment degradation have become the core issues that constrain the sustainable development of human beings.The Global Water Resources Assessment Report of the World Meteorological Organization points out that the average water level of global rivers has been declining in the past five years,and the year 2023 will be the lowest in more than thirty years,and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has been aggravated,which indicates that we may face a more serious battle for resources in the future.At the same time,the uncontrolled discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage has led to an exponential increase in the types and concentrations of pollutants in water bodies,directly threatening ecological security and public health systems.
