全方位气道护理在行无创通气治疗重症肺炎患儿中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的目的探讨全方位气道护理在行无创通气治疗重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法方法选取2023年5月至2024年5月我院接受无创通气治疗的100例重症肺炎患儿为对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组增加全方位气道护理干预。记录两组患者临床指标、比较肺功能参数及治疗有效率,统计并发症情况。结果结果观察组各项症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);肺功能改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗有效率高于对照组(98.0%vs84.0%,P<0.05)。结论结论全方位气道护理可提高重症肺炎患儿耐受性,加快缓解临床症状,缩短指标改善时间。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive airway nursing in non-invasive ventilation treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Method 100 children with severe pneumonia who received non-invasive ventilation treatment in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a ran-dom number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received com-prehensive airway nursing intervention.Record clinical indicators of two groups of patients,compare lung function parameters and treatment efficacy,and record the incidence of complications.Result The relief time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The degree of improvement in lung function was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effec-tive rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(98.0%vs84.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive airway care can improve the tolerance of children with severe pneumonia,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,and shorten the improvement time of indicators.
