一例房颤射频消融术后患者并发胃瘫护理

摘　　要：房颤射频消融术是治疗心房颤动的一种常见方法,通过导管消融技术消除异常电活动,恢复心脏正常节律。然而,术后并发症的发生可能影响患者的康复进程,其中胃瘫是一种较为罕见的并发症。胃瘫主要表现为胃排空延迟,导致恶心、呕吐、腹胀等症状,严重时可能影响患者的营养摄入和生活质量。因此,针对房颤射频消融术后并发胃瘫的患者,科学、细致的护理干预至关重要。总结一例房颤患者行射频消融术后并发胃瘫的护理经验。护理要点包括关注胃肠道症状,做好胃瘫的早期识别;加强胃肠道症状评估,有效胃肠减压;优化血糖管理,促进血糖稳定;关注用药安全,规范用药管理;关注患者的心理状态,提供心理干预。经积极治疗,患者症状好转后出院。Radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation is a common treatment for atrial fibrillation,in which abnormal electrical activity is eliminated through catheter ablation techniques to restore the normal rhythm of the heart.However,the occurrence of post-procedural com-plications may affect the patient's recovery process,with gastroparesis being one of the rarer complications.Gastroparesis is mainly charac-terized by delayed gastric emptying,leading to nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,and other symptoms,which may affect the patient's nutritional intake and quality of life in severe cases.Therefore,the implementation of scientific and meticulous nursing interventions for patients with gastroparesis after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation is crucial.Summarize the nursing experience of a patient with atrial fibrillation who developed gastroparesis after radiofrequency ablation.The nursing points include paying attention to gastrointestinal symptoms and early identification of gastric paralysis;Strengthen the assessment of gastrointestinal symptoms and effectively reduce gastro-intestinal pressure;Optimize blood glucose management and promote blood glucose stability;Pay attention to medication safety and stan-dardize medication management;Pay attention to the psychological state of patients and provide psychological intervention.After active treatment,the patient's symptoms improved and they were discharged from the hospital.
