分级分层护理模式在ICU重症颅脑外伤患者管理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的目的观察探讨ICU重症颅脑外伤患者应用分级分层护理模式干预的临床效果。方法方法于2022年05月至2023年12月ICU接收74例重症颅脑外伤患者,根据随机数表法,纳入常规组(辅以常规护理,37例)、试验组(辅以分级分层护理,37例)。观察有无并发症,记录两组患者住院时间。结果结果试验组患者发生的并发症比常规组少(P<0.05)。试验组患者入住ICU时间、总住院时间比常规组短(P<0.05)。结论结论ICU重症颅脑外伤患者应用分级分层护理模式干预具有临床借鉴意义,能够进一步减少相关并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。Objective to observe and explore the clinical effect of applying graded stratified nursing model intervention in ICU patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Method 74 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were received in ICU from May 2022 to Decem-ber 2023,and were included in the conventional group(supplemented with conventional care,37 cases)and the experimental group(supple-mented with graded hierarchical care,37 cases)according to the method of random number table.The presence of complications was observed,and the hospitalization time of patients in the two groups was recorded.Result Fewer complications occurred in patients in the experimental group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The ICU admission time and total hospitalization time of patients in the experi-mental group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of graded stratified nursing model intervention for ICU patients with severe craniocerebral trauma is of clinical significance,which can further reduce the occurrence of related complications and shorten the hospitalization time.
