摘　　要：压力性损伤对患者生活质量构成严重威胁,而中医中药在其预防与治疗中展现出独特的优势。本文分析了压力性损伤的成因及其影响,结合中医理论阐述了气血循环的失调与压力性损伤之间的关系,并探讨了中药方剂、针灸、推拿等中医治疗方法在改善局部血液循环、缓解疼痛及促进愈合中的具体应用。通过对中西医结合的优势进行论述,本文展望了中医药在压力性损伤领域的研究前景,强调了进一步探索中医药在此方面的必要性与潜力。Stress injury poses a serious threat to the quality of life of patients,and traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advan-tages in its prevention and treatment.This paper analyzes the causes and effects of stress injury,expounds the relationship between the imbalance of qi and blood circulation and stress injury based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the specific appli-cation of Chinese medicine prescriptions,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage and other Chinese medicine treatment methods in improv-ing local blood circulation,relieving pain and promoting healing.By discussing the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and West-ern medicine,this article looks forward to the research prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of pressure injuries,emphasiz-ing the necessity and potential of further exploring traditional Chinese medicine in this area.
