摘　　要：目的目的探讨北京市大兴区中西医结合医院消毒供应中心工作人员的职业危害因素及综合防护对策的实施效果。方法方法选取2022年至2024年本院消毒供应中心50名工作人员为研究对象,将2022至2023年实施常规防护阶段设为对照组(n=25),2023至2024年实施综合防护干预后设为实验组(n=25)。对比两组职业暴露发生率、防护知识掌握率及防护措施执行效果。结果结果实验组职业危害总发生率(8.0%)显著低于对照组(36.0%),其中锐器伤发生率(4.0%vs20.0%)、化学制剂暴露(0vs12.0%)、高温烫伤(4.0%vs16.0%)差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。防护知识考核达标率从68.0%提升至92.0%,防护装备规范使用率由56.0%提高至88.0%(p<0.01)。结论结论系统性防护措施能有效降低消毒供应中心职业危害发生率,应当建立包含标准化操作流程、分级防护培训及职业健康监测的常态化防护体系。Objective To explore the occupational hazard factors and the implementation effect of comprehensive protective measures for the staff of the disinfection supply center of Daxing District Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Beijing.Method Fifty staff members from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from 2022 to 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The control group(n=25)was set up during the routine protection stage from 2022 to 2023,and the experimental group(n=25)was set up after the com-prehensive protection intervention from 2023 to 2024.Compare the incidence of occupational exposure,mastery rate of protective knowl-edge,and effectiveness of protective measures between two groups.Result The total incidence of occupational hazards in the experimental group(8.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(36.0%),with statistically significant differences in the incidence of sharp instrument injuries(4.0%vs 20.0%),chemical exposure(0 vs 12.0%),and high-temperature burns(4.0%vs 16.0%)(p<0.05).The compli-ance rate of protective knowledge assessment has increased from 68.0%to 92.0%,and the standardized use rate of protective equipment has increased from 56.0%to 88.0%(p<0.01).Conclusion Systematic protective measures can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational hazards in disinfection supply centers.A normalized protection system should be established,including standardized operating procedures,graded protection training,and occupational health monitoring.
