中医辩证施护在重症心衰患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的目的探讨中医辩证施护在重症心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法方法选取60例重症慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(各30例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,而观察组则在常规护理基础上增加了中医辩证施护方法。通过比较两组患者护理干预后的临床症状改善时间、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果结果护理干预后,采用中医辨证施护的观察组患者临床症状改善所需时间、生活质量评分以及护理满意度均优于对照组,组间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结结论中医辩证施护在重症心力衰竭患者中的应用效果良好,能显著改善临床症状、提高生活质量评分以及增加护理满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with severe chronic heart failure.Method Sixty patients with severe chronic heart failure were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(30 cases each).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was additionally provided with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing interventions based on routine care.Post-intervention outcomes were compared between the two groups,including time to clinical symptom improvement,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction.Result After nursing interventions,the observation group receiving TCM syndrome differentiation nursing demonstrated significantly shorter time to clinical symptom improvement,higher quality of life scores,and greater nursing satisfaction compared to the control group.Intergroup differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing exhibits favorable clinical outcomes in patients with severe heart failure,effectively improving clinical symptoms,enhancing quality of life,and increasing nursing sat-isfaction.This approach holds significant clinical value for application.
