家庭护理模式对高血压病患者遵医行为及血压水平的影响

摘　　要：目的目的探究高血压病(HTN)患者应用家庭护理模式对血压水平及遵医行为的影响。方法方法本文选取江苏省丹阳市云阳人民医院于2021.01~2023.01就诊的120例HTN患者,按干预模式不同分为家庭组(家庭护理模式,60例)和一般组(一般护理模式,60例)。对比血压水平变化、遵医行为占比及满意水平。结果结果与干预前相比,干预后两组的血压水平均降低,且家庭组的血压水平均更低(P<0.05)。与一般组相比,家庭组的遵医行为占比均更高(P<0.05)。与一般组相比,家庭组的满意水平更高(P<0.05)。结论结论HTN患者应用家庭护理模式后,既能降低其血压水平,又能提升遵医行为,且患者对该模式普遍满意,可推广借鉴。Objective To investigate the effects of home care model on blood pressure level and medical compliance behavior of hyperten-sive patients(HTN).Method 120 HTN patients were selected from Yunyang People's Hospital in Danyang City,Jiangsu Province,from 2021.01 to 2023.01,and were divided into the family group(family care model,60 cases)and the general group(general care model,60 cases)according to the different modes of intervention.Changes in blood pressure level,percentage of compliance behavior and satisfaction level were compared.Result Compared with the pre-intervention period,the blood pressure levels of both groups decreased after the inter-vention,and the blood pressure levels of the family group were lower(P<0.05).The percentage of compliance behavior was higher in both family groups compared to the general group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level was higher in the family group compared to the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion After applying the family nursing model in HTN patients,it can reduce their blood pressure level and improve the compliance behavior,and the patients are generally satisfied with the model,which can be promoted for reference.
